TIPS

CHICKEN:  I like to take about 5 lbs skinless, boneless, chicken breast and cook it in the crock pot with a little BBQ sauce on it. I cook it all day so it will be fork tender when done. I then shred it into a container and keep in the fridge for quick meals. On busy days you can quickly make enchiladas, stir fry, egg rolls, chicken salad...


MEASURING: When measuring syrup or honey, spray your measuring cup with cooking spray first. It will slide right out!
